We offer our manufacturing services on a contract basis to other manufacturers who may not have the facilities or expertise that we can provide.
High Performance Spray Shop
We have a dedicated spray shop which can spray doors or joinery in clear lacquer or spray finished colour as specified.
CNC Machining Centre
Our CNC machine center can produce repetitive work or one-off's with accuracy down to 0.1mm. The machine bed is 1000 x 2600mm and can machine up to 60mm thick.
Veneering Service
We also offer an in-house veneering service onto a variety of boards and offer to machine these to shape with CNC accuracy.
Any veneers that are commercially available can be veneered to doors or panels. We can also offer inlay veneers to a high standard which may include individual designs, patterns or company logo's.
