We only manufacture solid core veneered, sprayed, primed finished or laminated doors.
We supply national building contractors and fit-out companies requiring several
door sets and local builders requiring 1 or 2 doors.
All doors manufactured are solid core high density three layer particleboard
construction. Which can be veneered with any specified veneer and spray finished. We can supply 1/2hr, 1hr and from
January 2004, 2hr door
sets.
The door cores that we use are a high density three layer chipboard which offer the specifier a wide range of sizes and glazing
configurations. These have extensive Fire Certification to BS 476 part 22 1987 when fitted with appropriate intumescent strips.
These make an excellent base for veneers and spray finishing as there is no grain to show through.
Door blanks with softwood or hardwood cores and faced with plywood or MDF are also readily
available.
Solid hardwood or softwood timber can also be machined for door frames, skirtings and architraves.
Veneered doors can be lipped with exposed or concealed lippings all round or just long edges.
