Contract Services

We offer our manufacturing services on a contract basis to other manufacturers who may not have the facilities or expertise that we can provide.

Machining

We can provide an in house machining service PAR or moulded sections, whether you require 5mtr or 500mtr, in both solid timber or MDF. Skirtings, windowboards, architraves, door stops, door linings/ frames, etc.

High Performance Spray Shop

We have a dedicated spray shop which can spray doors or joinery in a pre-catalyst, polyurthane or AC clear lacquers, spray finished to any colour sample provided or RAL number or primed.

CNC Machining Centre

We have invested heavily in the latest CNC machining centre in order to keep up with our customers requirments, ie, Hinging, mortising, face plates, spy holes, letter boxes or vision panels in any door. Also we can machine in volume to CAD drawings provided by customers.

Veneering Service

We also offer an in-house veneering service onto a variety of boards and offer to machine these to shape with CNC accuracy. Any veneers that are commercially available can be veneered to doors or panels. We can also offer inlay veneers to a high standard which may include individual designs, patterns or company logo's.
