We only manufacture solid core veneered, sprayed finished, primed or laminated doors. We supply national building contractors and fit-out companies requiring several hundred door sets to local builders requiring 1 or 2 doors. All doors manufactured are solid core high density three layer particleboard construction. Which can be pressed with any specified laminate, veneer, primed paper or spray finished. We can supply acoustic doors up to 43 dB and fire rated doors 1/2hr , 1hr and 2hr Doors.
The door cores that we use offer a wide range of sizes and glazing configurations. These have extensive Fire Certification to BS 476 part 22 1987 when fitted with appropriate intumescent strips.
These door cores make an excellent base for veneers and spray finishing as there is no grain to show through. For primed doors we use a pre-primed paper veneer which gives an excellent paint base.
Door blanks with softwood or hardwood cores and faced with plywood or MDF are also readily available.
Solid hardwood or softwood timber can also be machined for door frames, skirtings and architraves.
Veneered doors can be lipped with exposed or concealed lippings all round or just long edges.

We can also supply acoustic door sets, up to a DB rating of 43db, again when using the correct intumescent strips and seals.
Door sets
All doors can be supplied with hardwood or softwood door linings/frames, stops and architraves, machined in our own dedicated machine shop, so everything is made to each customers specific size and detail required.
Glazing
Doors can also be supplied glazed in many different configurations, as long as the sizes and glass type have been tested and work within our test certification, please see below some standard vision panel sizes and glass types
Disable access doors
Disabled access doors can be supplied in a wide range of finishes, from Veneered, laminate, spray finished or primed ready for decorating on site.
All door sets can be supplied pre-machined, with ironmongery, hinges, locks, flush bolts etc, to suit individual customer specification.
